The Opportunity: We are looking for an End-to-End (E2E) Test Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-wide testing initiatives within a Risk and Regulatory portfolio. This role is focused on managing large-scale testing programs across multiple platforms, products, and business units, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery. You will be responsible for driving testing strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing visibility to senior leadership through structured reporting and governance.

\nKey Responsibilities\n\n

Lead and manage end-to-end testing programs across multiple platforms, products, and business functions.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain comprehensive testing schedules, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
Create executive-level test summaries, dashboards, and status reports for senior leadership.
Define and implement overall testing strategies, plans, and frameworks to support program objectives.
Oversee defect management, including triaging issues and working with development teams to prioritize fixes.
Act as a central point of coordination between QA, development, and production teams.
Manage and update testing inputs within program roadmaps, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
Facilitate program-level testing sync meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and team scalability.

\nRequired Qualifications\n\n

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience managing large-scale testing programs or initiatives in enterprise environments.
Strong experience coordinating testing efforts across multiple teams and platforms.
Proven ability to create and present executive-level reports and dashboards.
Hands-on experience with test planning, strategy development, and execution oversight.
Strong understanding of defect management and release cycles.
Familiarity with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Experience in finance, regulatory, or compliance-driven environments.
Prior experience working on enterprise-level risk and regulatory programs.
Familiarity with large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives.
Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to senior stakeholders.
