Sales Support Specialist (AWS Expertise)

Job Description:  Sales Support Specialist

In this role, we are looking for a detail and goal-oriented teammate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A day in the life of a Sales Support Specialist would involve:
  • Communication with customers, sales team, vendors and team via calls, IMs and emails.
  • Data entry using Excel, Google Docs, and a CRM tool.
  • Build accurate and complete reporting using the data entered.
  • Presales activities from deal registrations, quoting, order processing and order follow up.
  • Meeting individual and team goals.
  • Previous experience in transacting with AWS Marketplace and cloud

We are looking for candidates across the country for positions opening soon. The immediate need is in the Dallas area. 

The position will require the candidate to reside in Dallas Fort Worth metro area and must be able to commute to our office as needed. Annual Salary will depend on experience. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. [This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program]
