Asset Manager

The Opportunity: We are looking for a dedicated Asset Manager to oversee and manage procurement processes and asset forecasting within our organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Data Analytics and Microsoft Power Apps, using these tools to enhance asset management operations across regional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage tactical procurement processes including the creation of purchase orders (POs), tracking of invoices, and forecasting needs for devices and peripherals across multiple regional teams.
  • Oversee internal approval processes, such as General Services Management (GSM) and Appropriation Requests (ARs), ensuring compliance and timely handling of all approvals.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to audit requests, maintaining impeccable records and ensuring all asset documentation is audit-ready.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess and optimize the asset management lifecycle, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies using Microsoft Power Apps, creating custom solutions to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in asset management, particularly in handling procurement processes and internal approvals.
  • Strong skills in data analytics and experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across different teams and regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
