- Duration: 12+ Months
- Lead and coordinate multiple scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across all project phases.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
- Act as a liaison between scrum teams and other organizational units, such as product management, IT, and business stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Oversee the scrum process and coach teams on agile best practices, helping to resolve impediments and promoting an environment of continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Assess project risks, identify potential issues, and proactively work on solutions to address them.
- Ensure quality control throughout project life cycles and implement project standards across teams.
- Foster a culture of innovation and responsiveness, ensuring that the team’s productivity and work quality are maximized.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role managing multiple agile teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification with in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing large-scale software development projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with large-scale software development environments.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
