Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to help lead our client’s global initiatives, align cross-functional teams, and drive their product vision.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Communicate Product Vision: Establish a global platform product strategy, vision, and roadmap, with clearly defined business metrics and targets for the owned scope.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Build consensus across multiple teams, ensuring alignment on the product roadmap, with a balance between customer requirements, stakeholder needs, and engineering tasks.
• Partner with Global Teams: Work closely with product and technology leaders in the US and international markets to implement globally scalable solutions that prioritize user experience, efficient resource use, and rapid time-to-market.
• Utilize Agile Best Practices: Leverage agile methodologies to assess feasibility, create innovative product constructs, and drive best-in-class solutions for both customers and business.
• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee high-profile initiatives, maintaining close collaboration with key partners while clearly communicating strategies, project status, and prioritization trade-offs.
• Gather Feedback for Improvement: Collect product and feature feedback to iterate and improve future releases.
• Coordinate Agile Teams: Manage cross-functional Agile teams, including stakeholders, engineers, designers, and analysts, to execute platform enhancements and product upgrades.
• Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Support decision-making through analytics, conducting ROI analyses, and delivering optimization recommendations to enhance product effectiveness.
