The Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled contractor with expertise in AXP Operation Risk Events (OREs), Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and the AXP system Archer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing the AXP ORE/CAP lifecycles, specifically contributing to the following key milestones: Stop Customer Impact, Remediation and Control Enhancement.

• Role: Operation Risk Event / Corrective Action Plan Manager
• Experience: 3-5 Years
• Location: Phoenix, AZ 
• Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the issues management process through effective lifecycle management of OREs and CAPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address risks and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on the use of Archer for ORE and CAP processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in incident management.
• Familiarity with mainframe systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft OneDrive.
• Strong project management skills.
• Prior experience with AXP ORE/CAP processes, requiring minimal onboarding.
