The Opportunity: We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) specializing in Networking to design and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure. This role emphasizes network optimization, automation, and incident response to ensure seamless operations.

• Role: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Networking & Core Systems Specialist 
• Experience: 6-9 Years
• Location: Las Vegas, NV
• Duration: 6 Month+ Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Architecture: Design and maintain secure, high-availability network solutions, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and SDN.
• System Reliability: Monitor system health, address incidents, and conduct root cause analyses.
• Automation: Use Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to manage deployments and configurations.
• Collaboration: Partner with development, security, and operations teams to meet business needs.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation and mentor team members.
• Security: Enforce network security protocols and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).  
• Expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP), monitoring tools, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems and scripting languages (Python, Go, Bash).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with load balancing, CDN, and DDoS mitigation.

Preferred:

• Certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP), SD-WAN experience, and familiarity with advanced security frameworks.

Additional Requirements:

• Must obtain and maintain a valid Nevada Gaming License.
