The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Data and Big Data to lead and manage initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Rally, including managing metrics and facilitating Scrum ceremonies. This role requires exceptional organizational skills to handle day-to-day tracking and workload management while ensuring project objectives are met effectively.

• Duration: 12 Month Contract

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects related to Data and Big Data, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Utilize Rally to track project progress, manage metrics, and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Oversee day-to-day tracking and management of team workloads, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational priorities.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Data and Big Data environments.
• Expertise with Rally for managing metrics and project tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications.
• Familiarity with cloud-based big data platforms and tools.
• Experience in leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
