The Opportunity: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer with a strong background in Oracle SQL and expertise in functional, regression, and performance testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation and end-to-end testing. A regulatory reporting background is a plus, along with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.

• Role: QA Engineer
• Experience: 6-9 Years
• Location: Phoenix, AZ 
• Duration: 12 Month Contract

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute functional, regression, and performance tests to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
• Write and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL queries for data validation and test cases.
• Automate end-to-end testing processes and maintain test scripts for continuous integration.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and work with the development team for resolution.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn and adopt new tools, techniques, and responsibilities.
• Support regulatory reporting initiatives as needed.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for test data preparation and validation.
• Expertise in functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test automation and end-to-end testing practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in regulatory reporting testing processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and integration with automated testing frameworks.
