Account Representative

• Understand and fulfill client needs, ensuring project goals and expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate records by updating CRM tools or databases with all call-related activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and group targets.
• Provide exceptional customer support, serving as a reliable point of contact for end users.
• Communicate effectively, demonstrating strong written and verbal skills.
• Utilize CRM tools and databases to analyze and generate reports as needed.

Compensation & Perks:

💰 Pay: $15–$16 per hour (based on experience).
💡 Incentives: Additional discretionary bonuses may be available.
