Technical Analyst

- Role: Technical Analyst
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Project Duration: 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support computer operations by controlling production applications and monitoring system performance.
- Provide first-line support for operational problems and troubleshoot production issues with minimal supervision.
- Understand production procedures and material flow, addressing related issues proactively.
- Maintain production orders and perform inventory reconciliation to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage transactions related to material movements and uphold inventory accuracy standards.
- Utilize technical knowledge and data to support operational and decision-making functions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, communicate clearly, and assist in training activities.
- Review change records and associated implementations for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards and policies.
- Participate in forecasting and management of specific computer functions and data as required.
- Work required hours and shifts to meet operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with relevant production operations technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
