- Role: Technical Program Manager (TPM)
- Experience: 6-9 years
- Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Project Duration: 12 Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Program Increment (PI) Planning and manage an Agile Release Train with multiple Scrum teams
- Track and report on PI metrics, facilitate Scrum of Scrums (SoS) calls, and coordinate updates with Scrum TPMs (Scrum Masters)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers
- Maintain and execute project plans for initiatives affecting the Train within the platform
Qualifications:
- Proven domain knowledge in Finance, Regulatory, and Compliance
- Proven experience in project management within a cross-functional environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while driving collaboration across teams
