- Role: Application Developer
- Experience: 6-9 Years
- Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Project Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop frontend components using React and JavaScript to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Build and maintain backend services using Kotlin, Java, and Eclipse Vert.X.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers in an Agile environment.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality through testing and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, Kotlin, and Java.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Attributes
- Outgoing and proactive in team interactions.
- Comfortable presenting ideas and engaging in technical discussions.
- Passionate about building clean, maintainable code.
- Experience in risk, compliance, or audit-related applications is a plus.
