The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced E2E Test Manager to lead testing activities for our client’s large-scale enterprise project within the Finance and Regulatory Compliance domain. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, a deep understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to drive cross-functional testing initiatives across multiple platforms and teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage large-scale end-to-end testing projects and programs, ensuring alignment across impacted platforms and business units.
Partner with engineering and product leaders to track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Create and maintain comprehensive project testing schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to track progress and communicate testing status.
Develop and present program test summaries, dashboards, and status reports to senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders.
Define and oversee test plans, test strategies, tooling, and frameworks to support all phases of testing.
Lead defect triage and resolution, collaborating with development and production teams to prioritize fixes for upcoming releases.
Serve as the primary point of contact between QA and production teams, ensuring alignment of testing processes and deliverables.
Manage and update testing inputs for project roadmaps, RAID logs, and facilitate program test sync calls.
Support QA scaling efforts across a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Provide executive-level reporting and updates, including biweekly and monthly summaries.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in QA and testing project management for enterprise-scale initiatives.
Proven experience managing end-to-end testing across multiple systems and teams.
Strong understanding of functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies.
Proficiency with test management and reporting tools such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in Finance, Regulatory, or Compliance domains.
Demonstrated ability to present technical and program-level updates to executive leadership.
Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with scaling QA functions in dynamic or growth-stage environments.
