The Opportunity: We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to our sales organization. This role is critical to ensure smooth sales operations, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable sales success and enhance customer experience.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, CRM data maintenance, and inventory tracking.
Prepare and manage sales reports, presentations, and documentation to ensure accurate tracking of sales activity and performance.
Assist in contract reviews and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and customer expectations.
Customer Support & Engagement
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Quotations & Proposals
Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals, incorporating proper pricing, terms, and conditions.
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure consistency and compliance in proposal submissions.
Sales Reporting & Analysis
Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Assist in developing sales forecasts and contribute to the preparation of annual sales budgets.
Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
Provide ongoing support to sales representatives in the use of CRM and sales enablement tools.
Conduct or coordinate training sessions for the sales team on new tools, processes, or product updates.
Market & Competitive Insights
Gather market intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Support the sales team in developing targeted strategies to improve performance and customer engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in sales support or customer service within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with NetSuite, CRM platforms, and other sales tools preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interface effectively with customers and internal teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for sales growth.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
Understanding of Technologent’s product and service offerings a plus.
Education & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related function.
