The Opportunity: WWe are looking for a QA Analyst to support functional, regression, and performance testing efforts within an agile development environment. This role focuses on ensuring the quality, usability, and reliability of applications through a combination of manual testing, test case design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on QA experience, is comfortable working iteratively alongside developers, and brings a strong attention to detail when validating features and releases.

• Project Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute functional, regression, and performance test cases and test scenarios
• Contribute to agile ceremonies, including user story analysis, feature grooming, and test planning
• Perform thorough manual testing to ensure application usability and quality
• Collaborate closely with product, frontend, backend, and development teams to plan, test, and release high-quality features
• Execute testing concurrently with feature development in an iterative, agile environment
• Analyze APIs and create endpoint mocks to support testing efforts
• Assist with estimation and feasibility assessment of features from a QA perspective
• Follow and promote consistent QA and testing best practices across the team

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in QA, functional testing, or software testing roles
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work iteratively with development teams throughout the SDLC
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with regression and performance testing
• Exposure to distributed systems or modern application architectures
• Experience writing or supporting automated tests
• Familiarity with CI/CD testing environments
• Experience testing mobile or web applications
