Program Manager (Technology & Compliance)

- Role: Program / Project Manager (Technology & Compliance)
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Project Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide compliance and risk-related initiatives across technology and business teams
- Define and present project objectives, scope, timelines, and results to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting artifacts
- Guide internal teams on actions required to close identified gaps and support the development of alternative approaches that meet control objectives
- Validate that remediation actions and decisions are documented accurately and align with established standards and controls
- Facilitate the collection, organization, and management of evidence, documentation, and supporting artifacts
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and produce clear, actionable status and executive-level reports
- Partner with technology and business stakeholders to support prioritization and planning across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Support continuous process improvement efforts within program and project management practices
- Maintain frequent communication with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, compliance, risk management, or technology-focused initiatives
- Experience working in regulated or audit-driven environments (e.g., security, risk, compliance, or governance programs)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong documentation, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Experience working with ServiceNow and JIRA for tracking, workflow, or project management activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive for documentation and collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder and executive-level reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Background supporting information security, risk, or compliance programs
- Familiarity with IT operations and modern technology environments (infrastructure, applications, and platforms)
- Experience working with audit, regulatory, or internal risk teams
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, architecture, or process flows
- Experience working in large, enterprise-scale environments with distributed teams
