- Role: Senior Product Manager
- Experience: 5-7 Years
- Work Location: Las Vegas, NV / Hybrid
- Project Duration: 6-12 Month Contract
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals
- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities through collaboration with business, engineering, and data teams
- Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product development and enhancements
- Partner with stakeholders to build data-driven business cases and define success metrics
- Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, and ROI
- Drive Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release coordination
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams on system architecture, data models, and integrations
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product direction
- Serve as a product leader, aligning stakeholders and driving execution without direct authority
- 5 to 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise or technology-driven environments
- Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of data-driven product development, including analytics and performance measurement
- Experience working with engineering teams on technical products, data platforms, or digital applications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level presentations
- Experience working in Agile development environments

- Experience working with data platforms, analytics, or customer-facing digital products
- Familiarity with data pipelines, schemas, and system integrations
- Background in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience influencing product direction across multiple business units
