The Opportunity: We are seeking an Advanced Solutions Consultant to provide advanced technical guidance and support to customers across a variety of industries. This role partners closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and design customized solutions that align to business goals and technical needs.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities, along with a deep understanding of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and business processes.

Experience: 5+ years in an IT sales or solutions consulting role
Location: Southern California
Employment Type: Full Time
Travel: Local and overnight travel to customer, vendor, and company locations as needed.
Strong knowledge of Professional Services processes, methodologies, and frameworks.
Proficiency with NetSuite and other ERP tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of work experience in a relevant role within an IT sales or solutions consulting organization.
Annual Salary Range is $150,000 to $275,000 depending on experience. The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectations at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.
