Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Opportunity: The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth for the organization’s IT hardware, software, cloud, and professional services offerings. This role collaborates closely with Sales, Partner Alliances, Solution Architects, and Marketing leadership to execute integrated campaigns across digital channels including email marketing, social media, website content, paid advertising, webinars, and marketing automation platforms.

The ideal candidate combines creativity, organization, and analytical skills to help promote technology solutions, OEM/ISV partner offerings, and company services to targeted audiences ranging from technical stakeholders to executive decision-makers. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in campaign coordination, content publishing, performance reporting, lead management, and event promotion while ensuring alignment with corporate branding, go-to-market strategies, and business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Core
    • Create and schedule social media content across platforms including calendars, LinkedIn, and other business-focused digital channels.
    • Update and maintain website pages, landing pages, and blog content.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and return on investment (ROI).
    • Generate marketing performance reports and provide recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
    • Support event marketing activities including webinars, customer events, trade shows, and virtual campaigns.
    • Ensure compliance with brand standards, messaging consistency, and applicable data privacy regulations.
    • Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and IT industry developments.
  • Corporate
    • Assist in development of use cases, case studies, and customer success stories tied to business outcomes.
    • Support various internal corporate marketing content initiatives.
    • Coordinate with sales, partners, and technical teams to gather content and insights.
    • Design, clean up, and standardize PowerPoint presentations to meet brand guidelines.
    • Ensure all deliverables maintain consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity.
    • Help manage timelines, approvals, and project workflows across initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation practices.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and edit professional marketing content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting OEM/vendor partner marketing programs is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of enterprise technology solutions including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, storage, and software platforms preferred.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an IT hardware and software sales company.

Annual Salary Range is $55K – $65K depending on experience. The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectations at the time of posting.  We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.  [This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program]
