AI Product & Copilot Agent Specialist
The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and strong expertise in Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot technologies, and conversational AI platforms to create and enhance intelligent digital solutions for internal users. This role combines hands-on development with strategic collaboration, focusing on building AI-driven assistants, custom GPT solutions, and chatbot experiences that improve productivity, knowledge access, and overall user engagement.
The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging AI technologies, adaptable in a fast-changing landscape, and capable of transforming business requirements into scalable and impactful AI-driven applications.
- Role: AI Product & Copilot Agent Specialist
- Experience: 6 - 9 Years
- Work Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Project Duration: 12+ Months Contract
- Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered assistants, including custom GPT solutions, Copilot-based agents, and conversational chatbots tailored for business and productivity use cases.
- Manage the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from initial requirements gathering and prompt design to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing enhancements.
- Support and improve existing AI applications, ensuring stability, usability, and strong adoption across the organization.
- Utilize Microsoft Copilot tools and related AI technologies to deliver innovative and user-centric digital experiences.
- Work closely with technology partners and vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and support production environments.
- Stay updated with advancements in AI and identify opportunities to introduce new capabilities that drive efficiency and business value.
- Track and evaluate performance metrics such as usage, engagement, and effectiveness using analytics tools and reporting platforms.
- Analyze user interactions and feedback to continuously refine AI solutions and improve outcomes.
- Define and implement measurement frameworks to assess the success and impact of AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product teams to ensure smooth functioning of AI solutions in production and proactively resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation including knowledge articles, user guides, and troubleshooting materials.
- Establish processes for governance, support, and continuous improvement of AI systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and business stakeholders to identify and deliver AI-driven opportunities.
- Clearly communicate technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Promote responsible and effective adoption of AI technologies within the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in designing, building, and deploying Generative AI solutions in a professional environment.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
- Strong knowledge of prompt design, conversational AI development, testing approaches, and performance optimization.
- Experience tracking and improving product performance using usage data, analytics, and user feedback.
- Ability to collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
