E2E Test Manager
The Opportunity: We are looking for an End-to-End (E2E) Test Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-wide testing initiatives within a Risk and Regulatory portfolio. This role is focused on managing large-scale testing programs across multiple platforms, products, and business units, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery. You will be responsible for driving testing strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, and providing visibility to senior leadership through structured reporting and governance.
The ideal candidate is a strong program-level testing leader who can manage complex testing efforts, ensure seamless coordination across teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced enterprise environments.

- Lead and manage end-to-end testing programs across multiple platforms, products, and business functions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive testing schedules, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Create executive-level test summaries, dashboards, and status reports for senior leadership.
- Define and implement overall testing strategies, plans, and frameworks to support program objectives.
- Oversee defect management, including triaging issues and working with development teams to prioritize fixes.
- Act as a central point of coordination between QA, development, and production teams.
- Manage and update testing inputs within program roadmaps, including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
- Facilitate program-level testing sync meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and team scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale testing programs or initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience coordinating testing efforts across multiple teams and platforms.
- Proven ability to create and present executive-level reports and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with test planning, strategy development, and execution oversight.
- Strong understanding of defect management and release cycles.
- Familiarity with project tracking and reporting tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in finance, regulatory, or compliance-driven environments.
- Prior experience working on enterprise-level risk and regulatory programs.
- Familiarity with large-scale transformation or modernization initiatives.
- Experience working with executive leadership and presenting to senior stakeholders.
