Senior UI Full Stack Developer

The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Senior UI Full Stack Developer to build and enhance enterprise web applications across both front-end and backend layers. This role will focus on modern UI development, Java-based backend engineering, API and microservices integration, application architecture, testing, performance, accessibility, and responsive web experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern UI development, React.js, Next.js, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, databases, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable and reliable backend applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Develop modern web applications using React.js, Next.js, Angular, and related front-end technologies.
• Create responsive and reusable user interface components that support consistent application experiences across enterprise platforms.
• Connect front-end applications with REST APIs, backend services, and microservice-based architectures.
• Work closely with UX designers, product teams, architects, and developers to convert functional and visual requirements into working application features.
• Develop reusable front-end components, application patterns, and UI structures using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Apply strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Build interfaces that provide strong accessibility, usability, browser compatibility, responsiveness, and application performance.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Design application integrations using RESTful services and microservices to support business functionality and data exchange.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query development, application connectivity, and data processing.
• Participate in application architecture discussions, technical design, code reviews, and implementation planning.
• Analyze application issues and perform debugging, performance tuning, and production troubleshooting across the UI and backend layers.
• Develop clean, maintainable, modular, reusable, and testable application code following established development standards.
• Create and maintain unit, integration, API, and automated UI tests to ensure application stability and functional reliability.
• Work within Agile development teams, participating in sprint planning, refinement, development, testing, reviews, and release activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify technical issues, develop solutions, and deliver application enhancements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and contribute to improving front-end, backend, and full-stack development standards.
• Support continuous improvement of application architecture, development processes, coding practices, and overall engineering quality.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development with significant full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Strong front-end development experience with React.js, Next.js, Angular, or comparable modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong programming knowledge in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive layouts, and modern browser technologies.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services and enterprise APIs.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and application architecture.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience writing automated tests including unit, integration, and UI tests.
• Strong understanding of web application performance, accessibility, security, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Git-based source control and modern software development workflows.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing large-scale enterprise applications using React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
• Experience building reusable component libraries and front-end design systems.
• Experience with Node.js and server-side JavaScript development.
• Experience working with modern API and microservices architectures.
• Experience with application performance optimization across both front-end and backend layers.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and accessible application development.
• Experience implementing responsive applications across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and modern development quality practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application development and enterprise application environments.
• Experience participating in technical architecture, design reviews, and application modernization initiatives.
• Experience mentoring developers and establishing engineering standards across development teams.
