The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Portfolio Finance Analyst to support our portfolio finance team in managing, tracking, and optimizing budgets. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, analyze budget variances, and provide data-driven insights to enhance financial accuracy and forecasting.

• Role: Financial Analyst
• Experience: 3-5 Years
• Location: Phoenix, AZ
• Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve financial challenges.
• Analyze budget variances, investigate root causes, and provide recommendations to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Develop reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting portfolio performance against financial targets.
• Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with financial planning tools.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
