The Opportunity: We are seeking a Senior VMware Consultant for a client project in the Dallas, TX area.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct enterprise engagements with customers
- Closely work with Sr. Principal Architect for ongoing projects & operational related task for VMware Technologies
- Help to document standard methodologies in developing and deploying VMware solutions
- Works closely and effectively with all levels of management to Satisfy project and productivity requirement.
Required Skills:
- In depth knowledge of the entire VMware product line - vSphere, vCenter, Horizon, ESX, SRM, vROPS, vRealize, vSAN, NSX-T and other Infrastructure component’s
- Thorough understanding of VMWare solution strategy, capabilities and business solutions.
- Technical knowledge of VMware products and/or Virtualization Automation
- Experience in infrastructure architecture and design of complex distributed systems environments
- Managing VMWare Virtualization, UCS/ESXi Windows Platforms
- Knowledge of UCS Manager Deployment and configuration
- Provide key technical consultation with major migration and transition programs
- Managing VMWare Virtualization, UCS/ESXi Windows Platforms
- Knowledge of UCS Manager Deployment and configuration
- Familiar with vCenter, ESX Maintenance activities
- Cisco UCS blade and rack mount servers, UCS Manager
- Installation & Troubleshooting of VMware ESXi Servers & vCenter
- VMware installations, patching and upgrades
- Install/Config/Upgrade/Migrate workload
- Experience in Upgrade of Host Firmware as per the compatibility Matrix Guide
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience
- Certified on VMWare Virtualizations
- Demonstrated experience with VMware technology
Hourly contracting rate is anticipated to be between $80-95/hr 1099. The compensation range reflects the Company’s reasonable expectations at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.
